This is a four-day residential workshop, which is a perfect vacation for the youth with
themselves. The purpose of the course is to dive deep within oneself and experience
inherent love, joy and peace. It is a spontaneous integration of life with wisdom.
YES!+ Advanced offers a perfect blend of yoga, meditation and knowledge. Participants
get to experience deep states of consciousness, which rejuvenate and revive them
to wipe all stresses.

A special YES!+ Advanced course called the ‘YES!+ Winter Break’ is held in December
at the International Art of Living Ashram in Bangalore, India. Transcending all
traditional boundaries and uniting youth of all cultures and civilizations participating
students from all over the world have the opportunity to attend it. The Winter Break
is a refreshing way for young people to invite the New Year with responsible and
peaceful celebration besides providing a brilliant platform for national and international
integration.

With YES!++ I chose to take responsibility for my world. This course has made me
a truly cool person - fearless, loving, focused and happy, alongside being a person
making a difference in the world by taking responsibility.

On the YES!+ Advanced I could really experience the peace within. Generally my mind
wanders a lot but after doing this course was a real transformation in my life.
There is more clarity in mind to take better and quick decisions. Now I can say
that my life has taken a tremendous shift from I can't attitude to I can attitude.
The word "Yes" has become a very close friend of my tongue.
